Commentary on the Gospel of
The angels of God "ascend and descend above the Son of man". Michael, Gabriel and Raphael sumpolize all that reaches its fulfilment in Jesus: communion with God, the proclamation of the good news, complete healing. The angels make us ready for our encounter with the mystery of God made flesh in the Son of man. Also today, in our secularized world, we continue to hear a subtle "murmur of angels".
