Commentary on the Gospel of
To sin is to go astray from God, but God in his mercy always makes the first move to look for us. He goes and looks for the lost sheep. He is the householder who turns the house upside down in order to look for the lost coin. We have been tirelessly searching for God in our life, but it seems that he has been playing hide-and-seek with us for we have not found him until now. Well, it’s about time that we let ourselves be found by him; stay put and wait for God, who has been looking for you.
