Does it not seem illogical to leave the 99 behind in order to look for the lost one? Because while the shepherd looks for the one lost sheep, the rest of the flock are left alone without anyone to look after them. What if they are faced with danger while the shepherd is away? Thoughts very similar to what the elder son might have been thinking when his prodigal brother was welcomed back by their father. How about you: what do you think?
