After his work of creation, God made us stewards of his work. But we have not been good caretakers of God’s creation. Instead of caring for the earth, we have exploited and abused it to selfishly care for ourselves. God gave us the world as our home to treasure and nurture for our generation and the next. How have we been responsible in this task? What accounting shall we give God?
