Everyone has only one life; all live only once. When we were born, we were born with a set “expiry date.” The time and date for us to leave this world was set at the moment of our conception. When we become truly aware that with our birth comes our death as well, we can live freely and make our life more meaningful. There is nothing to fear in death when we have lived our lives with no regrets.
