Commentary on the Gospel of
There is a common belief among us that it would be in the midst of great destruction that the Son of Man would come at the end of time. But why should everything which God had made good end in catastrophe? The coming of the Son of Man is the fulfillment of what the Father had begun when he saw that all he had made was good. He will bring everything back to its full goodness when that time comes. God is the God of life, and life and goodness will finally triumph over death and evil. Have faith.
